SongSender does not send actual songs, that would be illegal.

SongSender, developed by 15 year old high school student Dylan Reich, is the first app to reach the iOS platform that lets you send playlists of songs from your iOS song library through email or SMS, or post them on Twitter and Facebook! SongSender has been designed with the user in mind. Selected songs are saved in memory so that if you recieve a phone call while using the app, or you decide to exit the app before sending or posting your playlist, your songs are ready for you the next time you enter the app! Your song selections are pre-organized by giving the song artist and name, so that you don't have to organize a jumbled mess of song names by yourself.

iOS 4.0 is required for SongSender. Please do not download the app unless you are going to be able to run it. If you download it and you can't run it, we both lose; you get a non-functional app, and SongSender gets a bad review. Thank you!

Misleading App Name

I was one of the first to buy this App and regretted it from the start. It was only a buck but it was wasted. I really thought I was going to be able to send actual playlists to friends not just the names of songs. When would it be necessary to send the song names to someone? I guess I must have missed the "note." Was that added later?

This app is pointless- it will just take your money

Number one there is no point to even have this app you can just text the actual name of a song. And two don't say it's the first app to send playlists that's RETARDED. Stay in school kid.

Suggest a name change

Songsender would imply that you are sending a song. My bad for not reading the *note* does not actually send the song. It sends a list of the song name. Don't know that I would have paid if I would have read the description.
